TimeMark's Epsilon NT is a handheld manual count board. It has enough buttons to count turning movements at an intersection, with four shift buttons to separate up to five classes of vehicles. The four corner buttons add an option for counting pedestrians. By analyzing the data with the VIAS software program, you can conduct a variety of traffic studies depending on your particular needs.
