The Gamma traffic counter has proven itself to be a real workhorse.
Its ease of use, reliability, and light weight have made it one
of our most popular units. But, as good as it was, the Gamma NT
is worlds better. We kept all of the advantages such as its light
weight, convenient size, and simple operation, but we packed more
features, memory, and battery life into the new Gamma NT. Best of
all, it's not necessary to have a computer or handheld device to retrieve
the data anymore. Just plug in a USB flash drive and download counts in the
field, automatically. And with 8 Mb of memory (upgradable to 32 Mb), you
can often contain an entire season's counts on the unit.
The Gamma NT accurately records the time an axle crosses each tube
and is ideal for two lane roadways. Together with our VIAS software,
the Gamma NT makes traffic analysis a simple process. Conduct
volume, speed, axle classification, gap and per vehicle studies from one
set of data.
